B-Corp Status

We’re proud to be using business as a force for good. 

In March 2022, we were awarded B-Corp certification for meeting the highest social and environmental impact standards. 

We’re 1 of 1,000 B Corps in the world committed to transforming the global economy to benefit all people, communities and the planet. 

This means that Guider is committed to remaining legally accountable to all stakeholders, not just shareholders. As well as demonstrating high social and environmental performance and exhibiting transparency as a business. 

The B Impact Assessment examines a company’s impact on its workers, community, environment and customers by asking questions about its governance structure and accountability. 

Guider was passionate about achieving B Corp certification at an early stage in our business. This process ensured we were investing and prioritising the highest standards of operations from the start. 

A key factor in achieving certification was our dedication to making mentoring more accessible to people from under-represented communities. We support hundreds of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives through our platform, including social mobility for people from disadvantaged and low socio-economic backgrounds. 

As a team, we are committed to diversity, sustainability and business as a force for good. The B Corp certification is not only a recognition of the way that we run our business but a pledge to strive to do better and make a difference.
